Help me reunite with my partner

I'm looking to move to France in early 2021 to reunite with my partner after being apart from him for 6 months. This is the fourth time we have been forced into a lengthy long distance relationship due to money and visa complications and we are tired, penniless and need help. I'm currently working various jobs day and night to save up for a plane ticket, health insurance, university fees (as I plan to transfer my Australian credit points to graduate in France), as well as saving money to survive off for rent, bills and food once I am there as it will be difficult finding a job as a non native French speaker. 

It has been a very difficult year for us being in an international relationship on top of the pandemic. My plan was never to go to France but for my partner to live with me here in Australia, but after we lost our house and jobs, we were unable to renew his $8000 Australian visa in time which lead to him having to return to France and into lockdown still without income. It has been 3 months since he left Australia and by the time I wish to reunite with him next February, it will have been over 6 months since we had been together.

I know it is a big ask, and there are people with worse issues, but I need this so badly. I'm working so hard to achieve my goals but time is moving slowly and it seems that the only thing thats holding me back is the fact that I don't have enough money to see me through.
