About a year and two months ago, my mother, Cheryl Hibbits, was diagnosed with an incredibly painful, potentially life-threatening bacteria called clostridium difficile, also known as C-Diff.  Her doctors are still not sure how the condition became so severe.  My mother still suffers from this bacteria, in addition to another painful condition known as infectious diverticulitis. Unable to work from previous health troubles before the C-Diff and diverticulitis, affording the incredibly high cost antibiotics and second invasive procedure, with no relief so far, leaves her and her family stressed finacially and emotionally.  With medical bills aready stacked high, it leaves future treatment options feeling nearly impossible. My mom, Cheryl, is scheduled for her second invasive procedure to try to get the C-Diff under control within the month. The co-pay to this procedure is incredibly high. Also, she will have to start more rounds of the high cost anti-biotics for her other conditions.  If anyone is willing to donate, even just a dollar, that not only helps with costs of medical bills, but it keeps giving hope, that you and others believe this will get worked out, and a reminder never to give up, that she is not alone.
