Anna’s Recovery

Thank you for visiting Anna’s fundraising page. On December 27, Anna underwent surgery after scans revealed a bowel perforation. Complications from the perforation, including serious infection that threatened her heart, lungs, and kidneys, led to a difficult recovery from surgery that included nearly ten days of ventilation. As Anna continues to recover from her surgery and the effects of infection, she will also require physical therapy to regain her strength and independence, as well as care for and eventual reversal of her ostomy. Any funds raised here will go directly to Anna to help cover medical bills and other needs as she is unable to work during this time of recovery. Thank you for helping Anna, a selfless source of light and life for so many, get back on her feet!
