Rebuilding My Life

Well....many of you already know that I have recently been the victim of identity theft.  It has really been a trying experience.  I am working to recover from the experience.  I have lost a great deal.  It was emotional to find out that 20 years of saving and work had been totally wiped out.  The situation is even worse than I can share here on this public forum, but I have shared the intimate details with my close family and friends.  The stress has started to impact my health, but my faith in God carries me through each day.  

In addition to trying to find funds to stay afloat, I am also trying to find the funds I need to finish my PhD.  It is hard some days, when I am trying to figure out how to pay bills and how to cover the basic expenses of life.  At the request of a friend, I have started this GoFundMe in hopes that my family and friends will help me raise some of the money needed to cover medical and educational expenses, as well as some basic needs.

I have worked so hard to be financially stable, but at this point in my life I am not to proud to ask for help when situations come up that are beyond my control.  I do not wish any harm to the person who inflicted this situation on me, but I pray that they do not continue to do it to other people. I would not wish this on anyone!
