#MyMiles Challenge for SportsAid
Tax deductible
#MyMiles Challenge week
Ben Clayton Harris (U16 200m National Champion) & teammate Alfie Dewson - Sprinters from Lee Valley Paddle Sports Club and their supporters.
Do you want to join us in making a difference? We're raising money in aid of SportsAid and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.
The #MyMiles Challenge is inspired by SportsAid athletes, typically aged between 12 and 18, who cover numerous miles in their training every week alongside their school or university schedule, homework assignments, time with family and social lives.
Each year, SportsAid Week has been a wonderful week of fun and fundraising for the charity and over £175,000 has been donated to support their work since the initiative was launched in 2016. We realise this is a very difficult time for all so we are very grateful for any help you can give.
SportsAid is the only national charity of its kind, proudly supporting young talented British sportsmen and women. It was established in 1976 and its patron is Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge. SportsAid works with the governing bodies of more than 60 sports to identify the right athletes at the right time. It uses the funds it raises to provide these athletes (typically aged between 12 and 18) with awards to help them meet the essential costs of training and competing.
