My first mission trip to Uganda

My name is Brennan Millea. I am 21 years old and apart of a 9-month long internship program at my church in beautiful, sunny Ventura, California. As part of my program, we take a 2 week long mission trip in the Spring. My choice of trip is to Uganda, Africa.
God has put it on my heart to go to Africa to see life change. Not only life change in the people we connect with over there and get to love on, but personal life change for myself. I believe I will not come back the same person, and it is truly something I desire to do this coming April.
As a missions team, we will be doing outreach in the city of Entebbe, as well as taking boats to various islands of Lake Victoria. It is going to be draining mentally, physically and spiritually, but I could not be more excited for this venture. For the trip to mobilize from fantasy into reality however, I need to raise roughly $1700.00. I do believe this opportunity will be paid for and would like to ask you to prayerfully consider getting involved in helping me meet my goal. Any contribution does help, so thank you for your time!
