Charlie’s fight

Hi Snyder Zoo here,

as many of you may know Charlie, Clyde, Cleo, Lily, Daisy, Freedom, and the reptiles are our lives. We would do anything for them! Our lives have been so insane lately and we have sacrificed so much to pave a better future for us and our little family. Recently Charlie has come down with some health issues that sprung up out of no where. This is the biggest fear one could possibly have while being a pet owner. Not only a pet owner, but also new small business owners. We very rarely ask for help but we have been told numerous times before, that if we needed any support for the babies to reach out and that’s what we’re doing. Our followers, friends, and family members have always been here for us no matter what and we can’t thank you all enough for that. Charlie is currently under care at Shores Animal Hospital in Harrisburg PA. He is getting numerous tests done to decide what the next steps will be. All that we know as of right now is he has something in his abdominal area causing his intestines to be pressed to the side with swelling. He also has some fluid in his abdomen. They said there’s a possibility it is a mass but we will know more when the ultrasound information comes back later this evening. He will be spending the night there.

With all of that being said.. we would appreciate anything. Even if you can’t afford to donate, a prayer is worth just as much to us. And we promise no matter what, we will be doing what is right for Charlie no matter the cost. We love our Merle man more than we can even put into words. We will be posting updates as we can and we will also post updated information on our sweet freedom boy as many have been asking for his health updates as well.
