Mya Goes to Zambia

My name is Mya Webb and I am junior at Davidson College. I major in biology and minor in neuroscience with a pre-medical concentration. I have dreams of becoming a pathologist after attending the medical school of my choice. To help me prepare for these goals, I have applied and been accepted into Davidson College's Zambia program. Nine students were selected to travel to a small town in Mwandi, Zambia.  During this program we will have the privilege of shadowing doctors, working with members of the community, and studying about infectious diseases. Raising this amount of money would ease a lot of stress as I continue to take classes, work at a local restaurant, and do service hours with my scholarship program. I appreciate any donations and thank you for helping me reach my goals.
