My Way Out: Personalized Reentry Services

Want to join me in making a difference in the lives of justice impacted individuals and their families?

I'm raising money to benefit My Way Out Inc., and any donation will help keep families together by breaking the cycle of incarceration through technology and living wage jobs. My Way Out, Inc. is The Way Out's training, mentoring and coaching program for justice impacted individuals seeking a successful return to society after incarceration.

Since The Way Out's launch at the end of 2020 (with the support of partnering reentry supportive services providers) they have helped over 50 clients receive more than 150 supportive services (including employment). And, they currently have almost 200 justice impacted candidates (in various Wisconsin correctional facilities) waiting to be onboarded onto their platform over the next 12 months. Of the 27 individuals that they have helped find employment, they’re very proud to say that 25 are still employed!

With your generous contribution, My Way Out, Inc. is hoping to double the number of clients served in 2022, to over 100! They will do so by training, onboarding and providing technical support to partnering reentry service providers on the My Way Out platform. Your donation will help cover the cost associated with migrating existing data from these reentry service providers to My Way Out's new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This will help existing reentry service providers manage their client experiences and data more effectively and earn financial rewards for assisting in the reentry and employment success of their clients through their new revenue sharing program.

All services and system software are provided at no cost to returning citizens and reentry service providers.
