education fund for a patient

Hi, I am a physician in Montreal, and I am trying to raise funds to help a patient of mine to finish her college education and get landed immigrant status in Canada. She is a Muslim woman in her early 20's,  who came to Canada a few years ago from south asia. I cannot give her name or picture, to protect her identity as her family would be upset. Her father died when she was young, so her mother and her three children had to move in with her uncle ( her mother's brother ). Her mother sent her and her brother to Canada a few years ago to get a college degree and start a new life, and her funds for college were being supplied the uncle. However, her uncle has suddenly stopped sending money to support her and is asking her to come back home, and submit to an arranged marriage to a man he has chosen, and start a family. She has no desire to do this, but has no money to finish her degree, and is naturally feeling devastated at the prospect of giving up her dreams ( she would like eventually to become a doctor ) and her new life here in Canada, and going back to her country.  She has one more semester to complete and then she can apply for landed immigrant status in Canada, after which she will be eligible for bursaries and student loans to carry on to university. She has been doing very well in her studies, getting marks in the mid 90's. Once she gets her landed status, she can work to support herself and pursue her further education. Her present status on a foreign student visa, does not allow her to work, or apply for bursaries or student loans, so she has no way to get funds to continue on. Her brother has completed his degree and is working at a restaurant to pay for their rent and food, but cannot afford to pay her college fees, etc.
   I came to know of this situation last year. Our family members and friends were able to cobble together the necessary funds to pay for her  semester last year, but she now needs to complete her final semester to get her degree. The financial needs are as follows...

 college fees: $ 4300
fees to apply for landed status:  $800
fees for French lessons: $600
fees for immigration lawyer..??
