My parent's need help getting a new furnace

Hey my name is Johnny. I live with my parents Joy and John Mudry. Recently their central furnace has been making a lot of noise and so we called an technician to check it out. It needs a complete replacement because it has been leaking out dangerous amounts of Carbon Monoxide. The CO level should be 0, a "safe" or code level is 9, after running it for 15 minutes the amount of carbon monoxide in the air of the basement (where I live) had reached 17. For the last few months I have been extrordinarily tired even for having Cystic Fibrosis and a heart condition, as well as severe unexplained bouts of nausea. Lastly I've had episodes of confusion such as when I cut my thumb open or gave my self a second degree burn while reaching over an iron. My Mom has also been experiencing unexplained headaches. These are all symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning. So WE CAN NOT USE IT! We have a few space heaters (and I sleep in an indoor tent) So we won't have to worry about freezing.

But please help them out however you could! Pleasse? It is rather cold for us Floridians in Ohio. Thank you so much.
