My parents flooded house in Florida

My family along with many others had thier house flooded and lost everything.  There will be an insurance claim but it will never replace everything and there will be a lot of out of pocket costs for deductibles, clothes, loss of time off work, and a new place to stay in the meantime.  The water ended up coming all the way to the roof and the house will need to be completely replaced.  Help with what you can even if it is $5.
