My best friend and brother from another mother, Michael Siegafuse has shared over 20 roller coaster years of friendship with me. Over this time, we have supported each other, shared milestones together, laughed together and cried together. He is amazing, caring, funny, and intelligent but most of all, he is American. Because of this he has to sell his house to ensure the palliative care he needs to relieve the melanoma that is ravaging his body. I'm hoping with all your help, we can relieve him and his family of some of the burden of enormous debt for the time he has left. This is the only thing I can do for him right now as I am trapped in Italy while he is in Philadelphia. The system is failing people like him all over America. As the climate is not likely to change any time soon,  anything you can contribute would be so helpful.
