My kitty is sick and needs vet specialist

She isn’t even 6 months old yet and has had intestinal issues since I got her. She’s already done 2 rounds of antibiotics and each time the problem came back. She needs to go see an internal medicine vet specialist and will need and ultrasound, bloodwork, lab tests and probably more antibiotics. She is such a sweet girl, but is so sick. Her poor insides are always making noise and she has such bad bowel movements and gas  that her bottom is really sore. Please help me, so that my little one can get the care she needs.
