My journey to Olympic Games

I am a South African Track Cyclist, residing in England at the moment to pursue my cycling career. The fundraising will be to help assist with my racing and living expenses and focusing fully on my training and recovery as well as upgrading my equipment when required.  My long term goals are 2022 Commonwealth Games and then 2024 Olympic Games. I competed at the 2019 and 2020 World Championships and now the last stretch has started to get ready for the Olympic Games. I also currently hold the National and Continental title in the Sprint, Keirin and 500m TT, as well as the National record in the 500m TT and 200m Q. The qualifications process is now over and we have a spot at the Olympics for South Africa in sprint and keirin. We are still however waiting to hear if South Africa will accept the slots and then selection announcements, hopefully this information will be available soon. Staying positive :-) I have had to quit my job in order to focus 100% on training. I would need some extra help from anyone willing to consider contributing to my journey to help me get through the next few months.   My only financial sponsor is Clover South Africa, which covers only part of my racing, equipment, coaching, track sessions etc... Living in England makes European traveling a lot more affordable, but I am still short on quite a bit to cover all the expenses and to be a full time athlete in order to prepare for the Olympics.
