My GSD needs a new hip

I am a paramedic and my beautiful German shepherd has hip dysplasia and elbow dysplasia, he’s not even 3 yet. He had stem cell treatment on Wednesday for an injury caused by his hips getting worse so I have been advised he needs hip replacements. I have him insured but it does not cover the full amount. My friends have said to give fundraising a go as well as working overtime I will raise the money that’s needed. Rogan is my world.
