Please help my grandpa fight his cancer
Hi everyone my name is Jessica Castellon, this is a really hard story for me to share but my family is in need and I’m hoping this will be a start.
This is my grandpa Julio he is 74 years old. When you first meet my grandpa you immediately feel welcomed. He is a very strong man who always stays positive with a smile, to hide any worry or battles he is going through. The most important thing for my grandpa is his family, he will always put his family first. The first thing he will expect in the mornings are his morning hugs.I know my grandpa is showing his strong side right now more than ever. April 25th, was one of the most devastating days of my life. It was the day I found out my grandpa has been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. It is very scary to hear that, especially because of everything that is going on in the world with covid-19. We are all staying strong for him, my family and I know he will fight this battle. Unfortunately, there is one problem. His insurance does not cover all of his treatments. I am on here to try to raise some funds to help cover some of his treatments. Please help my family get through these tough times, we want to see my grandpa get through this. We want to see him live a good healthy life and spend time and energy with his loved ones and healing without the burden of overwhelming bills. Anything helps.

Cuando conoces a mi abuelo, inmediatamente te sientes bienvenido. Es un hombre muy fuerte que siempre se mantiene positivo con una sonrisa, para ocultar cualquier preocupación o batalla que esté atravesando. Lo más importante para mi abuelo es su familia, él siempre pondrá a su familia primero. Lo primero que esperará por las mañanas son sus abrazos matutinos. Sé que mi abuelo está mostrando su lado fuerte ahora más que nunca. El 25 de abril fue uno de los días más devastadores de mi vida. Fue el día que descubrí que a mi abuelo le diagnosticaron cáncer de próstata. Es muy aterrador escuchar eso, especialmente debido a todo lo que está sucediendo en el mundo con covid-19. Todos nos mantenemos fuertes para él, mi familia y yo sabemos que él peleará esta batalla. Lamentablemente, hay un problema. Su seguro no cubre todos sus tratamientos. Estoy aquí para tratar de recaudar algunos fondos para ayudar a cubrir algunos de sus tratamientos. Ayude a mi familia a superar estos tiempos difíciles, queremos ver a mi abuelo superar esto.
