Please Help! Hip Replacement Needed

Hello my friends. I need your help! My good friend Karl Heinz ,as seen in the photo,  is in serious need of a hip replacement. The left side of his hip joint has completely collapsed. He is in extreme pain and according to the orthopedic surgeon the only way he is going to feel better is with a hip replacement. Unfortunately, his insurance will not cover the hip replacement and we cannot afford to pay for a hip placement. I have small business for personal training which pays our bills but we just cannot afford to spend this money and risk not paying our rent. That is why I am on here asking for some help. My hope is to get some help through this site so I can help my friend feel better and not be in constant pain. He is really in so much pain that he has no quality of life. Living every day in pain and not being able to move is really brining him down. Anything I can raise from this site would be greatly appreciated and more importantly, would be a major help to my friend.  Thank you for taking the time to read this!
