My father needs a double hip replacement

I was born and raised in Zimbabwe and about 8 years ago my dad lost everything. His companies, everything. Ever since then it has been the biggest struggle for him to get back on his feet. He is the most charitable man I know. Him and my mom have dedicated their whole lives to helping the people of Zimbabwe. They donate goods and foods to charities, visit the city dumps several times a year and provide food and clothing for all of the people living there. My mom volunteers at the women’s prison and has started a choir for them so that they can feel uplifted. She teaches that every week. I have never seen my dad turn away from someone in need. He gives and gives and puts his own struggles last. If someone else needs something, his issues can wait.
He can no longer do things like this anymore. 

However, he has needed a double hip replacement for 5 years now and is at the point where he can hardly walk anymore. He struggles to even stand. He can’t afford the surgery. My siblings and I are living in the states and have tried to save money for it, and managed to raise $8,500, but that is not nearly enough for the surgery he needs. I’m sure there are more worthy causes out there but I can promise you that you would not be giving to a more worthy soul than him. He is the greatest man and it would change his life. 
My sister Hannah who is the daughter of the beneficiary will be receiving the funds in the United States and transferring them to my fathers account in Zimbabwe so that he can pay off the bills.
