My Father is In Serious Need

I'm really unsure how any of this works but I didnt know where else to turn.  My father was in MSC for 20 years . About a year and a half ago he left MSC to be home and close with family. Unfortunately finding a job has not been easy. Currently he is being tested for dementia, the doctor is pretty certain that's what he has. The man he is today is not the man I knew when he was healthy and working . His mind is going and he cant remember events as they are happening.  I myself am a single mom with 2 kids. I've done everything I can but I can't do it on my own anymore. He has lost everything, and I'm afraid that I'm losing him. Right now im only asking for help to get him by until we can confirm his diagnosis and get him on disability.
