My family lost everything NEED HELP

My family and I started renting our first little home in July of last year. We were all very excited to have our own place as it seemed PERFECT. It was at the end of a dead end road, walking distance from my step son's school, in our price range, and it had just been completely remodeled!
Fast forward to now, a year and a half later.
The property was sold to a different owner who came out to do some inspections.
A few days ago we learned that our whole house is contaminated due to meth exposure. It read over double the acceptable amount.
Now our house is uninhabitable, 99% of our belongings are unsalvageable, and we must vacate before the 23rd.
Our rental company wants to end our lease only offering our deposit and pro-rated rent back for this month. They aren't offering any other sort of help or compensation.
We can get items tested, but those fees are ridiculously high and that does't cover the decontamination fees if we wanted to get them cleaned after the fact. Testing is $150 for the first item, $70 per item after that. Decontamination could be anywhere $100 and up per item.
My girlfriend Cecile's health has suffered tremendously since we've been here. She's had surgeries and countless doctors appointments to try and figure out the cause all these new symptoms she's been having.
My step son Gabe just turned 9 and we're going to have to get rid of all of his toys and clothes.
Our dog Brianna got sick and passed away in July.
Our family and all our belongings are poisoned and we have no idea the kind of long term effects this will have our all of our health.
We are a low income family that live paycheck to paycheck. We can't afford the testing and clean up fees. We can't afford to replace all of our clothes and furniture. We can barely afford to get into another place right now. And when we do, we're more than likely going in with nothing.
We're having a hard time finding a lawyer that represents tenants, accepts our low income situation, or doesn't think our case is "too complicated".
Our lives just got turned inside out.
We need help and any help is appreciated.
