My dog was shot and he needs surgery

Hello my name is jaylie and the reason I am making a go fund me page and asking for help is because someone shot my dog 2 times and hit him with a baseball bat and broke 2 off his ribs I only had enough money to get him seen and get his X-rays done but I could not afford his surgery to get the bullets removed I would really appreciate any help that anyone can give I really don’t want my dog to die .
