My dog Grizzly needs surgery for his pelvis

Hi guys, my name is Kimberly and my puppy of six months old got hit by a car and needs urgent surgery. He only has a week the most to live and if I can’t raise the money, I will have to put him down. I want to try and give this a shot, but if I can’t raise the money, I have to accept putting him down because he is already suffering too much.
