My Dear Friend Lost a Lot of Money

My friend just fell prey to a very scary and forceful IRS scam.  Before anyone found out that people were stealing his money, he'd lost $4500.  We've made all the calls and done everything we can to get it back.  It's gone.

My friend just graduated from college, and is doing everything he can to get his feet underneath him so he can start a family and pursue the dreams he's developed all through his life and schooling.  He has just lost almost every dollar he had to his name.
