My Dad Needs Urgent Care!

To the people who know me well, you know I would never ask for anything unless it was absolutely necessary. That is why it is so difficult for me to create this GoFundMe, as I'm embarrassed to ask for help. Unfortunately, desperate times call for desperate measures & I am here asking for help.
Yesterday I received the heartbreaking news that my Dad, who lives in Mexico, was in the hospital in critical condition. In his typical form, he tried to fight having to go but it was too serious and an ambulance took him away. He has suffered from health issues for a long time now, but his left lung collapsed yesterday and has now been diagnosed with aggressive lung cancer.
As much as I love and adore my father, he was not the most responsible man. He has NO medical coverage in Mexico, so his hospital expenses will all be covered by myself (his only child). As well, I need to book a last minute flight and accommodation to get there this weekend.
I have begun to sell off my belongings to help fund this, but I am here asking from the bottom of my heart, if anyone can help spare even $1...I would be ETERNALLY grateful.
If you can't give anything I completely understand, and all I ask for is a small prayer for my crazy, hilarious, story-telling, gypsy father who needs it at this point.
