I was just diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia right before Christmas. I was also told that I am anemic, my blood doesn't clot, and that my spleen is way larger than it should be. All of these things make me a fall risk, and a bleeding risk. I had to give up my job, and now I have no income. My spouse is leaving for another state for unrelated reasons and I am living at my friend's house because it is not clean or safe enough for me to be at home. I will need a lot of treatments before I can go back to work. Multiple rounds of chemo, each time meaning a week in the hospital, plus bone marrow biopsies, lumbar punctures, and at home medical supplies. I have no money and no source of income for the time being. My world has been completely swept on it's side and I could really use all of the help I can get right now.
