Hi everyone. My name is Kris and I am starting this campaign to help raise funds for a very special person to me.
Stephanie and i have been best friends for a very long time. I have always thought of her as a very true and beautiful person, inside and out.
Recently she had been diagnosed with a very aggressive form of Breast Cancer. She has gone through an extensive and painful double mastectomy, and is currently going through a very rigorous and exhausting chemotherapy regimine. Her chemotherapy campaign will cause her to lose her hair and she is currently unable to work. These funds would go to help her get the wig and mastectomy prosthetics she needs. Because she is unable to work, it will also help her to keep dog food in stock so she does not have to worry about an inability to feed her dogs.

She lost her mother 12 years ago to this disease and it was a very hard time for her, and now she has been diagnosed with a nightmare of this disease. I lost my own mother over 6 years ago to cancer and had other times in my life where loved ones were affected with cancer. I can't speak for everyone, but i sure know i am tired of losing people I care about to Cancer.
Cancer can change the way a person feels, the way a person looks, the way a person acts. If this is a path to help her feel herself, then I will do what I can to make things better for Stephanie.
