Fundraiser for thyroid cancer and awareness

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my post.
Cancer is an ongoing disease that effect millions around the world.
Many suffer with various types of cancer which can effect a person and their family’s lives both physically and mentally.
Thyroid cancer is common amongst countries in Asia such as Bangladesh. A family member who lives in Bangladesh is suffering from thyroid cancer and me and members of my family are aiding her to fight this and to provide any medication she requires.
but... to raise awareness for those less fortunate...
We would like to raise money and awareness to those who are suffering with the same disease. These very same people may not have a supporting family like our family does back home.
By raising as much money as possible, we can help change a persons life in getting a simple admission for required medical treatment. Our target is to raise £1,000 which is just over 100,000 taka and of course cancer awareness to help fight this disease.
I would be very grateful if you could spare anything you may have to help towards my fundraiser. A little goes a long way and every little helps :)
