My Adam needs help for a ramp!

This is extremely embarrassing but l I need help for my Adam. As some of you know Adam was involved in a bad accident and has servere damage to his right leg. Adam has had one surgery already and will be having a 2nd surgery this week coming up. He also may need a 3rd surgery in a couple months. Adam will not be able to walk for month(s) due to this accident. The doctors said the only way he can come home when it’s time is that we need to get a wheel chair ramp and unfortunately his insurance company will not pay for it. Because of the height of my porch and stairs these ramps are outrageously expensive and we need help. Adam is a good young man who has dedicated a lot of his time over the years to helping and volunteering for others and right know Adam needs all your help! If you can help us in any way even if it’s just $5 it will greatly be appreciated as all I want is to be able to bring my son home when it’s time especially with the holidays being around the corner. This was something totally unexpected that came and flipped our lives upside down so any help that can be given is so appreciated from the bottom of our hearts!
