My 4 legged baby

Please bear with me for I was just given the news and having a hard time keeping my self together at the moment . 
My baby just turned 6 with much life ahead of her .. I noticed she has been way off this past week and really got worried so I just brought her to a vet clinic after hours ...
Long story short the suggested I take her to Tinton Falls TONIGHT that she needs surgery, she has an infection in her uterus  that is filled up with puss and can blow . She is NOT gonna get better without the surgery .
When I called I was told just the surgery alone not including anything else is close to 5 grand ..
I have no credit due to past issues .. and have never felt so helpless and hopeless till this moment . As we all know payment plans to a vet are NOT an option.. 
As I sit here with my son in tears .. praying for a miracle.. and praying she holds out till I can figure out ,how to save her life,and our hearts ..
I would never reach out and ask for help,for I am the one always giving,but feel I have to put my pride in my pocket and get humble ..please help me save our girl ...
