My 29th birthday fundraiser

I’m Cocoa Rae. I am a New York based visual artist, curator, content creative, photographer, grad student and business owner of By Cocoa Rae LLC.

For my 29th birthday, I decided to create a new fundraiser to raise $7,000 to continue the sustainability of my artistic space and events, create more teaching programs, lectures and workshops, curate more inclusive community projects similar to Pigment Series.

I believe this fundraiser would help the longevity of my artistic endeavors. I hope my story is a testament to continuing to support small black businesses and independent artists.
