Our loving brother in need

My brother and husband went for a ride to take my mom a valentines card on valentines and was on there way back on hwy 78 in between blue ride and farmersville when a man in a f250 pulled out in front of them and they had no time to stop. My brother tried to stop he pushed the front break and when he did it made his bike stand up on front wheel and he crashed into the side of the truck and it killed him on impact. My husband then hit the truck seconds after and it thru him and as soon as it did he tried to get up and go over to check on my brother he said he was just laying there unresponsive and he kept yelling his name but he didn't respond. It was to late he was already gone to be with the lord. The man driving the truck was 87 and this made the 5th accident that he had had in the last 5 months. I just don't get why his license have not been taken away because now we have lost a wonderful man. My brother worked for a private contractor and had no ins. My mom and step dad are struggling to pay for his burial. My mom just got her plot payed off a month ago and gave it to my brother so we could lay him to rest. I'm not the one to usually ask for help but my mom is in need and is so heart broken. So I'm trying to help in any way I can. Anything would be greatly appreciated... Thanks in advance... Angel Baker
