Murcot business fire fund

On Sunday 30th may 4 business and a group where devastated by fire at the business park in Murcot near Broadway.

Some of the people won’t be able to get enough out of their insurance company to cover the loss they have all felt. 

Not only have they all been effected by COVID in 2020-2021 now they face having to close their doors for good. 

We are one of the lucky ones and in the last 3 surviving units. As 6 units in total have been completely Destroyed . 

The money raised in this will go directly to the 5 units that had business in. 

W Collins Tree surgery - Large vital parts of equipment have been lost as well as tools
360 Workplace - Office equipment and all their stock has gone up. 
Swift Flooring - Large vital parts of equipment have been lost as well as tools and stock 
The Phoenix Theatre Group - over 30 years of costumes and lighting equipment. 
Car workshop - Large vital parts of equipment have been lost as well as tools and stock

It could be months before any insurance is paid out while the investigations take place. This money will help try to fund those few vital bits to try and restart these people back up. 

We all know how monetary can’t be placed on some items we own, They have taken years to acquire and money can’t replace them. Some of the items these guys have lost just cant be covered by insurance as they are sentimental or not made any more.   

Hopefully this fund will be able to help with getting these guys back up and running.
