Help Save Our Orphaned Dapple Doxies
On February 2nd five adorable little babies came in to this world. Penelope, Paige, Priscilla, Phoebe and Patrick were born and so began their fight. The mommy, Lorelai, was very sick and never had milk come in, so they have been bottle fed since birth.
Unfortunately two of them, Penelope and Paige, have since crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Priscilla (dapple in picture), Phoebe, and Patrick (two white double dapples in picture, still have a fight ahead of them.
On average, 59% of all puppies who are orphaned at birth do not survive. We want to beat that average. Priscilla's condition is guarded with some pneumonia, but with daily visits to the vet and continued round the clock care by her foster family, her condition is starting to improve. Phoebe and Patrick have their own challenges. They are double dapple babies and could be blind, deaf (or both), or have other medical problems.
Bottom line is that their care has already totalled over $1000 in two and a half weeks and that number will continue to rise. We need your help to fund their care. We can't do it without you! They are fighters and do not know how to quit, so we can't quit on them.
Please keep up with them on our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/All-American-Dachshund-Rescue/110989545588779?pnref=lhc
or on our website

At this time they are not up for adoption because they will require so much care, please do not put any applications in on them...YET! We will keep you updated when they are ready to go to their forever homes.
THANK YOU!!
