Much Hoole Pump Track Maintenance and Support

2020 we redeveloped the local bike track and created Much Hoole Pump Track.
This was done on a minimal budget with local volunteers and materials funded by Much Hoole Parish Council.
The Track was an absolute success, also drawing in riders from other towns as far as Leyland, Penwortham and Southport.
We have also got local Team GB BMX riders using the Track for training!
The pump track has been specifically designed to suit all abilities, we have riders from 2 years to 70 years of age which has been amazing.
This amount of usage and enjoyment means we need to generate funds for maintenance and future development/modifications to the track, as well as hopefully some rider training accessories.
We are also very interested in hearing what the riders would like too.
We have some further Parish Council funding and a team of volunteers but additional funding required to help the track thrive.
The target amount is basic to assist in maintenance and improvements but obviously, the more we can raise, the higher the standard we can achieve.
Our volunteers are working parents whose time is precious so any assistance truly appreciated.
Also, if you are willing to volunteer, please get in touch and become part of the team.
Already I have secured funds from Much Hoole Parish Council for a park bench, soil and planting to sure up the banks and make for a natural environment to ride and enjoy 2021.
We have resurfacing and planting going ahead by early spring.
