Since I am not paid a salary, I am still working on building a work fund, that will allow me to cover the costs of things that will help to build up our program. For example, our counseling room does not have any chairs for family members or patients to sit on. Patients with Cervical Cancer do not have the proper sanitary products to catch their bleeding. We have mama's who are too Ill to breast feed their infants, so their babies starve, and we would like to be able to provide nutrition for those sweet, innocent babies.
One major project that I am working on right now is building a partnership with the Kenya Hospice and Palliative Care Association, so that I can travel to hospice sites around the country and help them continue to build and sustain those programs, as well. Unfortunately, since I survive strictly on donations, I cannot support the travel costs necessary for this project.
And so, I ask that you would prayerfully consider donating to my ministry in palliative care, so that myself and my team are able to serve and provide for these dying patients and their families. If you are unable to donate at this time, please consider passing this link on to others who might feel moved to contribute. Thank you so much!
