MS Flare Leads to Financial Struggle

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 13 years ago at the age of 21, and I've tried to maintain a strong and positive outlook while finding my new normal. It has been tough at times, but I've succeeded until recently. I had a flare in January of this year, and an MRI showed that I have 6 new lesions on my brain which indicates some disease progression. With this flare, I suffered vocal cord paralysis which caused me to lose my voice, extreme anxiety and depression, leg and back pain, and insomnia. I still have not fully recovered my voice after 11 months and I'm battling the insomnia, anxiety, and depression daily. In addition to these struggles, I was also diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and Endometriosis during the course of the year. My body is literally attacking itself and it's breaking my spirit. Because of my medical struggles I've had to go take leave from my finance/accounting job that I've worked at for the last 10 years. My company has been great and has attempted to work with me as much as possible, but my physical and emotional pain and extreme fatigue made working impossible. I went on long term disability from work and used my savings to survive while I worked with my doctors on treatment plans to get better. I'm a dedicated employee and a hard worker who has held at least 1 job (many times multiple jobs) since I was 15, so when I started to get a handle on the pain I attempted to go back to work. Unfortunately, my body and mind could not handle it and I was forced to go back out on disability, but the insurance company is doing everything it can to deny my LT disability claim and pay me a partial wage while I'm out of work. I have completely depleted my savings account, and I'm no longer able to pay my bills. As a single woman, everything is on me alone to handle. I need immediate help to pay my mortgage and past due credit card bills. I'm a strong, proud woman, so this is extremely difficult, but I am asking for your help to get me back on my feet. Thank You!!
