Mrs. Collins-Brown has been battling Metastatic Triple Negative H.E.R.2 Breast Cancer for several years. This battle has not only taken the obvious, but her teeth and more of her mobility as well. She has chronic neuropathy in her hands, feet, legs and knees and has not only gone through extensive chemotherapy but several treatments of radiation. This quarter of a century veteran teacher is on oxygen, nebulizers for COPD and have diligent doctors overseeing her care, and she keeps pushing. She is unable to work outside of the home in her profession as an educator or financial administrator, too young to draw retirement and has been seeking work-from-home employment for two years now, as she has exhausted all her savings on medication and operating expenses.
Her leasor, because she has been diligent with her financial obligations as leasee, has let her keep her residence because he knows she is not well struggling with this disease and struggling to maintain; but she has gotten drastically behind this year and needs desperately to get on stable financial ground to pay her leasor and remain in her residence, for she is not physically or financially able to relocate.
Her son has made considerable sacrifices to walk with her on this journey. He has cut his dreams of a graduate education and full-time employment short to care for her and aid her in her desire to still be able to contribute to society. She finally can work from home as an ESL educator, but needs to update her technology and supplies. She volunteers still with youth and many children have benefitted for years from her care and skilled guidance to become contributing college graduate citizens to our society, with the highest degree of knowledge, power, and skill. The intense chemotherapy administered has took her teeth on onset, but she keeps fighting.
Your contributions in this matter will afford her: the ability to maintain her current residency, continuation with much needed medications and the ability to fulfill all theraputic requirements, technology to enhance her ability to work from home as an ESL educator, and lastly your contribution will provide the much needed dental work to redevelope better nutrition. Please join us and help her to continue to be all that she can be to others and continue to be victorious over this battle with cancer!!!
Your support and whatever you can contribute is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
