Help me repair my Achilles

Greetings... My name is Michael and I'm in dire need of help with a procedure to repair my recently ruptured Achilles tendon in my Right ankle. I am 26 years old from Atlanta, GA currently working as a Temporary Technical Analyst at the IT Help Desk at Georgia Tech. I am currently not able to cover the expenses for my surgery due to financial hardship and I am not offered medical benefits due to my position as a Temp Employee. I am signed up for personal medical insurance, but my deductible is going to require that I still pay for the procedure out of pocket. That being said, I will not be able to pay for rent, food, transportation to work, and the other living expenses needed on top of this medical procedure. Anybody that is familiar with this type of injury knows that if I am not able to repair the tendon in a timely fashion, it could seriously affect my ability to walk, run, and dance for the rest of my life. The picture above is of my family and I, and we are working as hard as we can to get this procedure done. All I'm asking is that you help out in whatever way that you can out of the kindness of your heart. I am very humble and I would be eternally grateful to anyone willing to offer assistance with this procedure.  I am a man of faith and I know that God has a plan for me and will help me through this tough time in my life.
