Mr. TEKIE GHEBREMEDHIN FUNERAL & MEMORIAL EXPENSE

Dear friends and family members in Diaspora,

It is with deep regret that we inform you all that Mr. Tekie Ghebremedhin passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2024. Mr. Tekie Ghebremedhin is my beloved and respected uncle whom shaped me, my siblings, and cousins during our young ages. He was our second father for all his dedication and love towards us.

Mr. Tekie was a new arrival to Canada. He arrived only a year ago to visit his children and attend his daughter’s wedding. During this short period of time, he unexpectedly became ill and unfortunately passed away. Mr. Tekie was a wonderful father/brother who touched the lives of all those around him. He leaves behind his wife, Mrs. Tsige Haile, and his children.

The family of our father, Mr. Tekie Ghebremedhin, is in great sadness and shock to see the pillar of their family's life end unexpectedly. We are all devastated by the news of his passing. Mr. Tekie's family was not prepared for the high cost of the funeral expenses. As a community, it is our responsibility to comfort the family through these difficult times through prayers, sending our condolences, and contributing to the funeral and burial expenses. We want to give Mr. Tekie the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

ኣቦና ተኪኤ ገብረመድህን፡ ኣብ ዝሓለፈ ዓመት፡ ደቆም ክበጽሑን፡ መርዓ ጓሎም ክካፈሉን፡ ናብ ካናዳ ዝመጸ ሓዲሽ በጻሒ እዩ ኔሩ፡፡ እንተኾነ፡ ኣብ መገሸኦም ከለዉ፡ ሕማምን ሞትን ብምስዓቡ፡ ብልቢ ንሓዝን፡፡ ስድራቤት ኣቦና ተኪኤ ገብረመድህን፡ ንካናዳ ሓዲሽ ብምዃኖም፡ ናይ ሕክምና ብዙሕ ወጻኢታት ከምዝገበሩን፡ ሕጂ እውን ምምሕዳር ሬሳን ወጻኢታቱን፡ ንዓዲ ክኸይድ ስለዝኾነ፡ ዓቢ ሸኸም ከምዘሎ ንርዳእ፡፡
