A few months ago Rick Hartman, or Mr. H. to most of us, was wrongfully accused of abusing a special needs child. While trying to protect said troubled youngster from himself he was unknowingly being schemed against by some of the very same people who claimed to really need his service, help and overall generosity.
In an effort to get a few minutes of fame and all the while slander a good mans' name, and this scheme was well executed as the media flung misinformation and twisted the facts. The police are now involved and it seems there is no middle ground at this point and Mr. H. is in an all or nothing legal battle to clear his name.
Mr. H. has been a compassionate, humble small business owner in South Florida for 22+ years. He and his company have helped 1,000's of families locally. He has a heart for those students and families that have been turned away by similar organizations. Where others have offered only words of compassion Mr. H. has always been willing to back up his words with action and generosity; to the detriment of his own financial security.
Recently, it came to my attention that Mr. H's Legal Council will end up costing $60,000 or more!
The purpose of this GoFundMe is to raise enough money to pay for Mr. H's Legal counsel. Donations of any denomination are greatly appreciated.
