Erin’s Moy Park Belfast City Marathon

In July last year, I lost one of the biggest inspirations in my life, my Granny. My Granny supported me through everything in my life. In memory of her, I am running the Moy Park Belfast City Marathon In May this year.

My Granny held a special place in her heart for a charity, Air Ambulance. To honour my Granny and this charity, I am raising funds to support their amazing work. My granny also had a love for dogs, therefore, I am also raising funds for Guide Dogs NI.

Guide Dogs work to train and raise dogs to support people with visual difficulties. At the minute, we have a Guide Dog in Training in the family, Zeb, and he is the best! I believe it’s important to give funds to support more of this outstanding work to happen.

Air Ambulance is an amazing charity which helps to provide emergency care and transport to people who are in danger or require critical care. Planning on going into a medical career in the future, I understand the importance of their work.
