First of all thank you to my family and extended family. This past year has been a challenge and every challenge comes with opportunities.
I was laid off because of COVID from the private school where I was running there before and after program and subbing as needed.
After I was laid off, due COVID I struggled for weeks trying to find a career job. So I decided to go on unemployment and take the Certified Medical Assistant course (I figured if there was going to be a pandemic the best and for sure job stability was the medical profession). I graduated top of class (I loved drawing blood the best and the teacher had me teaching other students).
Fast forward 4 months I just finished a 160 hour externship and received not only one but two certificates and a 5 star review.
So here goes I began job searching, went on a few local interviews (practice I guess) and landed a full time hospital CMA position at (drum roll please) at UC Health Colorado 45 minutes from Roo.
Good news I start on 12/7 and I am moving on 12/3.
This is were you come in. I staying a Roos college apt until she gets back mid January. There are a few things that money must cover a new laptop, moving cost and first and last months rent.
If you feel so moved please donate to my go fund me account. It will be much appreciated. I will you proud and keep you all updated on my work situation. Thank you and love you all, Annsley
