Movember! Spar Whitefield

As you may have noticed (in the times we haven’t had our masks on...) me and Matt have been growing out our moustaches. It’s a bit of fun for a great cause to raise awareness for men’s mental health problems that affect a large number of people all over the world. The charity also focuses on teaching and advising about the importance of checking for testicular cancer and making it part of the norm.

This year in particular  has been incredibly difficult for everyone and so it’s more important than ever to look out for one another. I’ve lost a friend in the past to mental health difficulties and struggled myself at some points in my life, but there is always help out there if people know where to look. It’s just spreading the word of these charities and the help available for people that’s the difficult part. 

Any and all money you could donate to the charity is greatly appreciated and you can be sure the money is put to good use. Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,250 Mens mental health projects  and has helped transform the way health services reach and support men.
