Let’s start getting ready for the new season with a fitness inspired fundraiser, within the 5k restriction, on social media!
We are asking all members, young and old, to Move a Mile for the Club over the weekend of 20th and 21st February.
Run, walk, wheel, crawl, cycle, dance, skip - just move!- a mile (that’s 1609m or 2736 steps on your Fitbit) in your garden, your kitchen, the laneway or the street, take a selfie or a picture of your feet or the view and post it on social media, tag NKCC and use the hashtag #moveamile.
