PLEASE HELP ME GET TO QLD TO BE BY MY GRANDMOTHER

Kia Ora, Hello to everyone my name is Krystlle cosgrove. I am one of many Grandchildren to Hinga Grace. 

I used to be my grandmothers full time carer  while she was living here in Sydney but due to change in circumstances she relocated to Queensland where she is situated closer to her extended whanau and mokos this being her final destination where she will remain. 

In the recent months my grandmothers behaviour has changed extremely rapidly due to being diagnosed with dimentia and other ongoing major concerning health issues. 

My grandmother is my heart and I know she needs me closer to her during these very sad and tough times. The bond my grandmother and I have is simply beautiful and one of a kind. I am her light in the darkest moments as she is mine.

We share a connection that not everyone would understand. If these are going to be her last days I would like to be by her side before she forgets me or leaves this world for the next. 

My wish is to be there by her side during these last and final days. I made a promise that I would be there towards the very end and I would like to make that happen by staying true to my word even it means having to relocate and resign from job which I am going to do for my Nanny. 

Please help me make this happen, with your support it will help with the financial moving costs to be able to relocate to QLD. I am not fully prepared financially for an early move but I have made the decision to move earlier then planned because of her medical conditions declining faster then expected. 

Any help would be much appreciated by myself and Nanny, we would be so thankful to know that you played a big part in making this happen much sooner then later.
