Move Mountains for Sandy

Hello, my name is Sandy LaRoque
(la-rock). On Wednesday evening, July 19, 2017 I got thrown from my horse. She hadn't been cantered out of the round pen yet. When I asked her on a trail ride she panicked.  My son was along with me on his ATV and saw the wreck. I was tossed in air, hooked saddle horn, landed on head and left side as I went over her head. A total flip. Knocked me out cold. Scared my son. Ambulance and helicopter came. I broked clavicle collar bone, fratured 5 ribs, partially collapsed lung, and fractured a vertebra. 
I have ridden and trained horses since a young age. Nebrr have I gotten hurt like this. 
I won't be able to work for 3 months. I am a Highway Contractor (self employed basically) mail route for the USPS for 7 years now. This means I will have pay my sub to do my mail route...which unfortunately means I won't have any paychecks each month as I have pay her out of pocket.
I am a single mom with a 16 year old son that I was blessed with at age 37. We have a 5 acre little farm here in North Dakota. 
I am asking and praying for help with large medical expenses, therapy, paying sub doing my mail route, and keeping our home. I never thought I'd be in this humbling type of possition to ask for help. I have no medical insurrance sadly, like many Americans
