Mother's estate and expenses

Monday, May 1st was a day that everything changed. Our mother Gail Mitchell, was in the middle of routine surgery on her lower lumbar to alleviate back pain when complications started and ended with her passing away on the surgery table. That day has left a huge wound on both my brother and I. It is slowly being mended thanks to help and support from friends and family. The healing process never truly ends but we are learning to live with the loss.
An added we are now struggling with is the aftermath of funeral costs, legal fees and moving services. As with most unexpected deaths, our mother had not put together any sort of life insurance policy or set aside money to handle something like this (she, like most of us expected to live long enough to see both of us get married and have children). We are asking for help with these things. All money we receive will be used to help offset the funeral costs, moving expenses and tying up loose ends with my mother’s estate. Any help is appreciated! We both thought that starting this campaign on what would have been her 68th birthday would be a good starting point. Again thank you all for your continued love and support.
