Mother of 5 needs help after husbands stroke

My name is Terah, and I am organizing a Gofundme page for my friends Matthew and Kristin Decker.  On December 8, 2020 Matthew had a left medullary stroke known as Wellenberg Syndrome, that has left him hospitalized, disabled, and unable to provide for his family.  His hospital stay looks to be quite lengthy and the medical bill keeps growing. With an almost unavoidable peg tube placement for nutrition and the prolonged need for speech and physical therapy amount of debt will be insurmountable. Recovery, if possible, could take up to six months. Together Matthew and Kristin have 5 beautiful children Abbey, Kaleb, Isaiah, Hannah, and Lydia. This family needs help with expenses such as medical bills, rent, utilities, food costs and other expenses that may arise from this tragedy. Between taking care of her children, maintaining the home, trying to sell items from the house make a few dollars, and being at the hospital with her husband there is just no way this family will be able to make ends meet without some assistance. Christmas is approaching and there is no income for bills let alone a present or two. I understand that times are difficult right now for a lot of people, but please if you can contribute anything it would be greatly appreciated and would go a long way in providing some hope for this family in this time of despair.
