Mother of 3, car flooded & no help

On her way to her second job, Takia made a turn onto a dangerously flooded street.  Her car was instantly filled with water and the damage was irreparable. The insurance company totaled her car at 6000 less than the balance owed.  The worst of it all is there was no GAP insurance. We are hoping to raise just half of the balance that is owed.     Living 1 hour+ from her job its a desperate situation and one that anyone could find themselves in.  I know Takia and her family will appreciate anything that you can do.
